14 October 2010

A meeting took place at the Mount Conference Centre in Belfast on Wednesday 29th September with Michael Boyd I.F.A, Jim Rainey and a number of disabled supporters.

I gave everybody a brief presentation on CAFE and Michael Boyd added the full support of the I.F.A. in setting up a national disabled supporters group in Northern Ireland. All of the fans there thought it was a great idea to start a DSA and they all knew lots of other supporters who would be interested in being involved. The next meeting will be Thursday 18th November and before then information will be published on Irish league, Our Wee Country and I.F.A. web site forums and club programmes.Picture shows Keith wrapping up the meeting with some of the attendees.

I was given the opportunity to talk about CAFE and the work we are currently doing with Irish League clubs and their disabled supporters.Pictures shows Keith discussing points of view with Football For All Project Trainer David White
