Disabled fans are among the most effected by late changes to kick off times and in particular matches played earlier in the day. Many disabled people rely on pre booked carers or personal assistants to help them start their day and so early kick offs often prevent disabled fans from attending a match as they cannot secure carers early enough. Likewise last minute changes to kick off times often have the effect of excluding disabled fans who have to make specific arrangements for travel and PA support.
